Receptionist

The receptionist will be responsible for performing administrative tasks within an office setting to support daily operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering phones
  • Greeting visitors
  • Mail intake/distribution
  • Small package shipping
  • Administrative support for the Leadership Team
  • Making travel arrangements/reservations
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Office 365 – Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • CRM experience
