The receptionist will be responsible for performing administrative tasks within an office setting to support daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phones
- Greeting visitors
- Mail intake/distribution
- Small package shipping
- Administrative support for the Leadership Team
- Making travel arrangements/reservations
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Office 365 – Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- CRM experience
