The demand for privacy professionals has skyrocketed, and to support aspiring privacy professionals advance their careers we have partnered with TRU Staffing Partners Scholarship Program to provide four scholarships, two each of the following:
- Privacy Program Management (CIPM), including two full days or four half days of training, participant guide, voucher to sit for the certification exam, sample questions for exam preparation, hardcopy and electronic versions of the textbook, one-year IAPP membership, voucher for a Certification Study Group to be used within three months of taking the course, and free refresher course should the recipient fail the first attempt to pass the IAPP exam.
- U.S. Private-Sector Privacy (CIPP/US), including two full days or four half days of training, participant guide, voucher to sit for the certification exam, sample questions for exam preparation, hardcopy and electronic versions of the textbook, one-year IAPP membership, voucher for a Certification Study Group to be used within three months of taking the course, and free refresher course should the recipient fail the first attempt to pass the IAPP exam.
Courses are offered online or in-person in Delray Beach, FL or Nashua, NH (travel expenses are not covered by the scholarship).
The TRU Scholarship Program has been providing no-cost training and education for professionals in the privacy, ediscovery, and cybersecurity industries since 2011. In that time, the TRU Scholarship Program has awarded more than 250 scholarships, totaling more than $250,000 in free education, certifications, and seminar and conference attendance
